Homeless Ministry
We understand the significance of prayer both as individuals and as a community. Light and Life encourages our members to engage in daily prayer and every Tuesday Night at 7pm we offer the opportunity to meet together at our church and pray as a community.

Light and Life does a monthly outreach to the homeless community in Sylmar. If you would like to donate canned food and hygiene items our church is opened Sundays at 10am and Thursdays at 6pm for donation drop off.

Are you in need of food? Our church has an active Food Ministry that wants to help. Available packaged and frozen foods are distributed to those in need after our Sunday services.

As a church we have partnered with several missionaries who we support financially and pray for. The last Sunday of every month is our mission service dedicated to praying for our missionaries and hearing their reports.
